Sean Ianno's 32-yard field goal in overtime on Saturday gave UTSA a 17-14 victory over Georgia State.

Ianno's 24-yard field goal with 24 seconds left capped the Roadrunners' rally from a two-touchdown deficit.

Georgia Southern jumped to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. Donald Russell ran 24 yards for a touchdown and then Kelton Hill threw 54 yards to Albert Wilson for another score for the Panthers (2-6).

UTSA (3-5) managed only three points in the first three quarters on Ianno's 30-yard field goal with 6 seconds before halftime. But Chris Johnson ran 9 yards for a touchdown early in the fourth quarter and Eric Soza connected with Brandon Freeman for a 2-point conversion pass, cutting Georgia State's lead to 14-11.
