USC freshman defensive back Iman Marshall has been named the Pac-12's defensive player of the week for his performance in the Trojans' win over UCLA.
Marshall led the Trojan defense in USC’s 40-21 win over UCLA to secure the South Division title and earn a berth in the Pac-12 Championship Game. Marshall had two interceptions, the first of which set up a USC touchdown, and snapped UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen’s school-record streak of 246 throwing attempts without an interception.
