(STATS) - Georgia Southern went off to the FBS level two years ago, but the program with the most national championships in FCS history will reach back to its roots for some future matchups.

The Eagles, who won six national titles before leaving the FCS in 2014 for the Sun Belt Conference, has scheduled games at Paulson Stadium in Statesboro against New Hampshire in 2017 and Presbyterian in 2018.

CAA Football member New Hampshire will take on Georgia Southern on Sept. 9, 2017. UNH has appeared in the playoffs in 12 straight seasons - a run that began in 2004, when the Wildcats beat Georgia Southern 27-23 in the only meeting.

Presbyterian, from the Big South Conference, will visit Georgia Southern on Sept. 1, 2018. The Eagles have won the three previous meetings, most recently 48-14 in 2011.
