Two Cardinal players named to Phil Steele's preseason All-America list

Two members of the Stanford Cardinal football team have been named to Phil Steele's preseason college football All-America teams.

Joshua Garnett, a senior offensive guard, was named to Steele's third-team. As a junior, Garnett played in 13 games as was ranked as one of the best guards in the Pac-12 conference.

Blake Martinez, a senior linebacker, was named to Steele's fourth-team. In 2014, Martinez registered a team-high 102 tackles and started in 13 games. He also had seven tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and three interceptions.
