Arizona State coach Todd Graham recently joined Zubin Mehenti and Adam Rittenberg on ESPN Radio to talk about a myriad of subjects, but the hosts got straight to the point and asked about Mike Bercovici.

Graham is a big fan of Bercovici for many reasons, but his loyalty to the program is what impresses him the most.

"He persevered and didn't quit," Graham said on the show. "He could have transferred and played for two years somewhere else. At the end of the day, when you transfer you quit.

"There's a reason why you're here, and that's what gives me so much confidence is we have a quarterback who has paid the price and waited his time. This really means a lot to him. I don't know that I've ever had a quarterback that it means more to him to be our quarterback. That gives me a lot of confidence that this team can be successful because we have a real quarterback."

No doubt Bercovici is a feel-good story, because who isn't a fan of someone who proves their loyalty?
