A native of New Jersey, the 6'2", 196-pound pass-catcher opted for South Carolina over the likes of Temple, Rutgers, West Virginia, North Carolina, and North Carolina State.

Harmon's commitment is the second one for the Gamecocks out of the Northeast region. A Pennsylvania native, 4-star quarterback Brandon McIlwain also made a pledge to head south. South Carolina surely hopes the two can form a connection heading into the future.
