Robert Washington hasn't played a single snap for Syracuse, yet the class of 2016 running back is already having an impact on the Orange.

Washington, a four-star running back from North Carolina who recently committed to Syracuse, has begun recruiting for his future team.

According to Syracuse.com, Washington has engaged four-star DB Jared Mayden, three-star athlete Moe Neal and class of 2017 DB Aapri Washington, who happens to be his cousin.

Washington is also courting three-star DT Christian Colon, who told Syracuse.com, "At this time in my recruitment, I'm not ready to commit yet."

Colon, who also hails from North Carolina, is rated as the 29th-best prospect in the state and has been offered by Penn State and North Carolina, according to Rivals.

Washington says his plan is to transform Syracuse into a dynasty in the mold of the Miami Hurricanes teams of years past.

"The U wasn't good at all, but then they took a couple friends from the neighborhood," Washington told Syracuse.com. "All of the sudden they're going to national championships. It just takes a couple guys to change it. "
