Sun Devils add ex-Memphis coach Porter to staff

Former Memphis head coach Larry Porter has been added to the staff of new coach Todd Graham at Arizona State.

Before taking the Memphis job two years ago, Porter was an assistant to Les Miles for five years at LSU, gaining a reputation as one of the top recruiters in the country.

But Porter lasted just two seasons as a head coach and was fired last year after going 3-21 in his two seasons at Memphis.

Graham will not announce what specific duties Porter will have until he completes his staff, something that's expected in the next few days.
