Here’s how you can watch Saturday evening’s Stanford vs Notre Dame game from South Bend online.

Stanford has gone from one of the top teams in the country to one struggling to find its identity in 2016. In fact, the Cardinal were a top-10 caliber squad a few weeks ago, but two straight losses to Washington and Washington State by a combined score of 86-22 have knocked Stanford out of the AP Top 25.

There’s still no doubting that Christian McCaffrey is the top running back threat in the Pac-12, but he has been struggling over the past couple of weeks. He has still rushed for 520 yards and three touchdowns, but his production this season has been diminished. He’s also caught 18 passes for 154 yards and a score.

Can the struggles of the team be solely placed on the quarterback or is it the defense? It seems like Ryan Burns is doing a solid job under center, completing 66 percent of his passes for 768 yards and five touchdowns, but this team is in complete disarray right now.

Notre Dame, on the other hand, has been quite possibly the biggest disappointment in college football in 2016. The Fighting Irish began the season ranked No. 10, but losses to Texas and Michigan State in the first three weeks knocked them out of the rankings and they have since lost two more to drop to 2-4.

Still, DeShone Kizer continues to be one of the best quarterbacks in the country, although he is coming off his worst career game against N.C. State. Kizer has passed for 1,621 yards, 14 touchdowns and five picks while rushing for another 202 yards and six scores.

Josh Adams has been the team’s breakout running back, but the real star weapon behind Kizer has been Equanimeous St. Brown. The talented wide out has caught 28 passes for 571 yards and six touchdowns this year.
