Stanford sophomore defensive tackle Harrison Phillips will miss the rest of the 2015 season after suffering a torn ACL in a 16-6 loss to Northwestern last Saturday.
Phillips shared the news himself via his Twitter account:
Phillips played six games at nose tackle as a true freshman in 2014. He will seek a medical redshirt for 2015 to retain three more years of eligibility.
