Report: Wake Forest offers class of 2017 QB

Wake Forest recently offered Oscar Smith High School class of 2017 quarterback Shonn Mitchell, according to a report by Rod Johnson of Virginia Preps.com.

Mitchell, who is listed as a pro-style quarterback by Rivals.com, has also been offered by Virginia Tech.

Last year, the 5-11, 181-pound Mitchell threw for 2,441 yards and 36 touchdowns.
