Report: Tennessee may seek sixth season of eligibility for Curt Maggitt

When linebacker Curt Maggitt suffered his hip injury against Oklahoma, Tennessee appeared to suffer a blow they could not overcome. If the Vols have it their way, they may not have to suffer life after Maggitt until 2017:
Getting the heart and soul of the defense to return would be a huge boost for next season's squad, as many have pegged 2016 to be the year Tennessee returns to national prominence. However, after having already lost one season to injury, and possibly losing the majority of this season due to his latest injury, is it time to let Maggitt move on to the NFL?

For his career, Maggitt has accumulated 141 tackles, 28.5 tackles for loss and 13.5 sacks.
