Report: Priest Willis transferring out of UCLA

It's not exactly a mass exodus, but it soon might become a troubling trend.

For the second time in a week, a UCLA defensive standout is transferring out of UCLA, according to David Woods from Bruin Report Online.

It was only a week ago when Jalen Ortiz, a highly sought after recruit in 2013, decided to leave UCLA.

Priest was a four-star recruit in UCLA's 2013 recruiting class, but he struggled finding his footing after a delayed admission to UCLA, according to Woods. And Willis might already have a landing spot.

"Bruin Report Online has heard that one possible destination for Willis could be North Carolina," wrote Woods.

If this trend of athletes transferring out of UCLA continues it's worth asking what's going on in Westwood that's making them seek greener pastures elsewhere.
