Report: Ethan Pocic to return for senior season

Via a report from The Advocate, all-conference offensive lineman Ethan Pocic will bypass the 2016 NFL Draft in favor of returning for a senior season.

It was a fortuitous turn of events for LSU -- considering Pocic is generally regarded as one of the top center prospects in the class. He was the lynchpin within LSU's vaunted offensive line in '15', and was a big reason as to why Leonard Fournette sustained such success running the football.
The return of Pocic also offers LSU some considerable stability within the offensive line group. Vadal Alexander and Jerald Hawkins have departed for the NFL, leaving little in the way of experience up front.
Pocic's return should help to assuage some concerns in that department. Without question, the Illinois native figures to be one of the top returning offensive linemen in the SEC next year.
