QB dominos continue as Alabama lands four-star Jalen Hurts
Just two days after four-star quarterback Woody Barrett chose to commit to the Auburn Tigers, the Alabama Crimson Tide land an elite four-star quarterback of their own in Channelview, Texas native Jalen Hurts.
Listed at six-foot-two, and 198-pounds, Hurts could bring mobility to the Alabama offense not seen from their quarterback position in recent history, as he is a gifted a runner and considered a top dual-threat prospect. Hurts currently has scholarship offers from Florida, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Arizona and Arizona State among others.
Hurts will be competing in the Elite 11 semifinals next weekend which features most of the nation's top quarterback prospects, including Woody Barrett. Expect both prospects to attempt to out-duel one another with a little more gusto now that they sit on opposite sides of the game's most heated rivalry.
