Purdue running back Ralph Bolden could miss the 2010 season after the junior suffered a knee injury during spring practice.

Bolden injured his right knee Wednesday, The Journal & Courier reported. Coach Danny Hope said he didn't know the extent of the injury to the same knee Bolden injured in high school.

Bolden rushed for 935 yards and nine touchdowns last season, including a 234-yard game against Toledo to open the season.

Hope said receiver Keith Carlos will move to running back to provide depth when workouts resume Wednesday.
