Ryan Singer passed for two long touchdowns and ran for another score as Presbyterian routed winless Charleston Southern 45-14 Saturday in the season finale for both teams.

The Blue Hose (4-7, 3-3 Big South Conference) snapped a five-game losing streak to the Buccaneers and ended the season with two consecutive wins after also dominating Virginia Military Institute 38-6 on Nov. 12. Presbyterian finished with its fewest losses since 2007, when it was 6-5.

Charleston Southern (0-11, 0-7) has lost 12 straight going back to last season.

After the Blue Hose took a 14-0 lead on TD rushes by Lance Bird, who finished with 133 yards, and Singer, the Buccaneers scored on a 2-yard TD by Teddy Allen with 2:42 left in the first quarter.

Singer's touchdown passes of 65 yards to Michael Ruff and 58 yards to Jeremiah McKie made it 31-7 less than a minute into the second half.
