Check out all the ways to catch the action between Penn State and Pittsburgh Saturday.

Penn State heads back home to Beaver Stadium this week to face another in-state foe. The Nittany Lions will take on the Temple Owls and will be looking to avenge last year’s upset loss. Temple’s victory was the first over Penn State since 1941.

The Nittany Lions are coming off a very disappointing loss to Pitt last week. However, despite the numbers on the scoreboard, there were a lot of positives from the game. Down 21 points in the second half, Penn State was able to claw back and pull to within three points.

New offensive coordinator Joe Moorhead has brought a lot of excitement to Happy Valley with his no-huddle, up-tempo offense. There have been some bumps in the road getting started, but fans have to be encouraged with the numbers the unit has put up thus far.

For all the production being put up on offense, it’s been the defense that’s really struggled so far. The Nittany Lions are attempting to replace three starters on the defensive line, and it hasn’t gone as planned so far. The unit will look to step it up this week and make up for the way they were gashed on the ground last week.

As for the Owls, they are coming off a win last week over Stony Book, but lost big to Army in Week 1.

Kickoff for Saturday’s game at Beaver Stadium is set for noon.

If you’re not able to make it to the game, be sure to tune into the regional broadcast on the Big Ten Network. Eric Collins and former Minnesota head coach Glenn Mason will be on the call.

The action will also be streamed live on BTN2Go.
