New Hampshire 38, Towson 19

R.J. Toman completed all eight passes he threw, two for touchdowns, as New Hampshire made its bid for a seventh consecutive trip to the Football Championship Subdivision playoffs Saturday with a 38-19 victory over Towson.

Toman was 8 of 8 for 95 yards, and connected with Kevon Mason and Mike Greene on touchdown passes for New Hampshire (7-4, 5-3 Colonial Athletic Association), which defeated Towson for the seventh consecutive time. The Wildcats await Sunday morning's announcement of the 20-team FCS playoff field.

Mason's 6-yard reception and Greene's 28-yarder were their first touchdowns of the season.

Kyle Auffray also caught his first touchdown pass of the season, a 12-yarder from Kevin Decker that put the Wildcats ahead 31-3.

Towson (1-10, 0-8) tied a single-season school record for losses, despite controlling the ball for more than 34 of the game's 60 minutes.
