The Detroit King star is ranked 97th in the country regardless of position and the No. 2 prospect in the state of Michigan behind high school teammate Donnie Corley.

Corley, a wide receiver and defensive back, has enrolled at Michigan State, one of Hill's finalists along with Penn State.

Hill initially gave a verbal commitment to Penn State before reopening his commitment.

His brother, Delano, is a starting safety for Michigan.

He is only the second player from the state of Michigan to pick the Wolverines in 2016, joining Detroit Cass Tech offensive lineman Michael Onwenu.

Quinn Nordin, a kicker from Rockford, could still join the class before Signing Day concludes.
