Top Michigan State recruiting target Lynn Bowden, a 2017 four-star athlete from Ohio, had a monster week at the high school level.

Michigan State recruiting is after a huge fish in the 2017 class and his name is Lynn Bowden. He’s a four-star athlete from Ohio who might be one of the most under-the-radar recruits in the nation and he’s making highlight-reel plays week after week.

Just a couple of weeks ago, the top target flashed Michigan State gloves for all to see and that had to make the coaching staff feel pretty good about their chances with him.

Bowden, formerly committed to Indiana, reopened his recruitment this past spring and he took his first visit to East Lansing in August, finally receiving an offer from the Michigan State staff. Mark Dantonio had been waiting to get him to campus for a visit in order to offer him, and it finally happened.

Right now, Michigan State seems like the team to beat for the No. 115 overall prospect and fifth-best athlete in the 2017 class, according to 247Sports.

Just how good is this kid? Well, besides playing any position from quarterback to running back to receiver, he knows how to make defenders look silly. Just check out this touchdown run he had last Friday:

If that one highlight wasn’t enough proof of how explosive Bowden truly is, check out these other touchdown runs from the four-star athlete from Youngstown, Ohio.

The senior athlete recorded six total touchdowns for Warren Harding and he’s proving worthy of high four-star status. Heck, he might even be considered one of the top 100 recruits in the nation before the season’s over.

Michigan State will hope to get a commitment from the four-star athlete in the near future. He’d be a perfect addition to an athletic offense.
