MAC suspends Central Michigan player for 1 game

The Mid-American Conference has suspended Central Michigan defensive end Joe Kinville for one game for striking a player on Northern Illinois during last week's game.

Kinville won't play against Bowling Green on Saturday.

Central Michigan coach Dan Enos said he supports the MAC's decision and Kinville apologized for his actions.
