South Carolina running back Marcus Lattimore says he's 100 percent and expects to play for the 17th-ranked Gamecocks against Tennessee on Saturday.

Lattimore sprained his left ankle early in the second half against Kentucky on Oct. 16 and did not play in 21-7 win over Vanderbilt last Saturday.

Lattimore declared himself ready to go following practice Wednesday.

The freshman leads the Gamecocks in rushing with 538 yards. He's rushed for 10 touchdowns in six games, surpassing the team-high total of six that Brian Maddox had last year.

Lattimore says it was difficult sitting on the sidelines last week at Vanderbilt, but he did not want to risk a more severe injury by playing. Maddox ran for a 146 yards on 24 carries as South Carolina rallied to defeat the Commodores.
