Ronnie Fouch threw for three touchdowns Saturday night in Indiana State's 44-16 win over Western Kentucky, marking the Hilltoppers' 17th straight home loss going back to 2008.

Indiana State (2-1) never trailed after Fouch found Justin Hilton from 14 yards out in the first quarter. Fouch, the former backup to Jake Locker at Washington, finished 14 of 24 for 227 yards with one interception.

The victory was the Sycamores' first over a Football Bowl Subdivision opponent since 2001. Indiana State hadn't won a nonconference road game since 2004.

Shakir Bell paced the Sycamores' ground attack with 221 yards on 25 carries, including a 46-yard touchdown in the second quarter. Kicker Corey Little made all three of his field goals.
