Illinois wide receiver Mike Dudek says he gets asked daily about how his injured knee is feeling. Last year's freshman sesnsation for the Illini torn his ACL on April 8th during practice but says he is feeling great right now per the News-Gazette:

“I feel great,” Dudek said. “If they didn’t tell me I had a torn ACL, I wouldn’t know it. That’s how good I feel right now. Of course, if I tried to sprint, I would feel it because I’m not ready yet, Just walking around, I feel awesome.”

He has started jogging and doing 60 pound leg presses with his injured leg as well. It is unknown whether or not Dudek can be ready to go for the season opener against Kent State but you can bet Illini fans want him in the lineup after his 1,038 yards on 76 catches and six touchdowns last season.
