Idaho 30, UNLV 7
Idaho scored on its first three drives and rolled to an easy 30-7 victory over UNLV Saturday night.
The Vandals (2-1) led 24-0 at the half behind quarterback Nate Enderle and Daniel Hardy, who combined for a 17-yard touchdown and set up another score with a 54-yard play. The Idaho defense did the rest, sacking Rebels quarterbacks six times and picking off a pass on the night.
UNLV (0-3) didn't score until 1:17 remained in the game, when backup quarterback Caleb Herring connected with Phillip Payne for a 23-yard pass. Those were the first points scored against Idaho in the Kibbie Dome this season.
Enderle finished the night 15 of 27 for 210 yards with one interception and the touchdown to Hardy, who ended the evening with 82 yards receiving. Princeton McCarty led Vandals runners with 12 carries for 63 yards, while Deonte Jackson scored twice on 1-yard runs.
