On Wednesday ESPN draft guru Mel Kiper released his Big Board for the 2016 NFL draft and Florida State junior DB Jalen Ramsey was ranked the third-best NFL prospect in the country.

Ramsey, a 6-1, 200-pounder who has played corner, safety and the star position for the Seminoles, has started every game for FSU since his freshman season.

In 2014, Ramsey racked up 79 tackles and led the team with 12 pass break-ups to earn all-ACC first-team honors and was named a USA Today All-American first-teamer.

Kiper had this to say about the Seminoles star: “A does-it-all secondary talent who has already started 28 college games heading into his junior season, Ramsey would have been the top safety taken in the 2015 draft had he been allowed to enter. He has length, range and exceptional instincts to make plays all over the field.”
