Trey Metoyer, who left the Oklahoma football team in 2013 after being charged with indecent exposure, was sentenced to eight years of probation following accusations he exposed himself to women.

According to The Oklahoman, Metoyer avoided a prison sentence of at least three years, swhich the state sought. Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn’s office says Metoyer was convicted of indecent exposure after entering a blind plea, meaning he didn’t strike a deal with prosecutors.

Prior to being kicked off the team, authorities say Metoyer publicly exposed himself to two different women in Norman.
