Former Michigan DL transferring to Ohio

While Michigan celebrated the signing of a new class of highly regarded recruits, one from a few years back found a new home. 

Ohio University announced Wednesday it will be home to former Wolverine Tom Strobel. 

A 2012 four-star recruit from Mentor in northeast Ohio, Strobel appeared in 17 games for Michigan. 

He redshirted in 2012 before playing in one game in 2013 and five in 2014. 

Last season he saw action in 11 games and logged three tackles.
