Throughout Warrick Dunn’s 12-year NFL career, the former Florida State Seminole has put up some impressive numbers: 10,967 rushing yards, 64 total touchdowns. But, perhaps no statistic is more important than the number 143, which is the amount of homes that the former running back has purchased for single mothers through the Warrick Dunn Charities program.

On Tuesday, Dunn surprised Wanda Boykin, a single mother of four from Atlanta, with a new home. Boykin previously renting a home, which was destroyed when a tree fell on it.

Dunn not only provided Boykin with a house, but equipped it with furniture and gave her $5,000. Boykin’s reaction (which can been seen by clicking on the tweet below) was priceless.
