Five-star QB Shea Patterson reaffirms his Ole Miss commitment

After securing the commitment of five-star quarterback Shea Patterson in February, Ole Miss has appeared to be firmly in position to land the elite prospect since that time, with little reason to question his pledge. 

Despite his status as a solid verbal, a weekend trip to Alabama for an official visit during the final recruiting weekend before the dead period created some angst amongst Ole Miss fans. This tweet certainly didn't help them relax. 

But don't fear Rebel Nation, Patterson all but silenced any doubt with this follow up hours later: 

It appears all but certain once the Chad Kelly era is over in Oxford, Patterson will be given every opportunity to seize the starting quarterback role for himself for Hugh Freeze's team.
