Bo Levi Mitchell threw four first-half touchdowns, including two to Brandon Kaufman, as Eastern Washington rolled to a 34-7 victory over Idaho State on Saturday.

Taiwan Jones added 108 yards rushing as the Eagles (9-2, 7-1 Big Sky) earned a share of the conference title with Montana State, which beat Montana 21-16 on Saturday.

Russel Hill threw for 186 yards and a touchdown for the Bengals (1-10, 0-8), playing their final game under coach John Zamberlin, whose firing was announced last week after four seasons.

Mitchell, who completed 26 of 38 for 256 yards, threw scoring passes of 10 and 30 yards to Kaufman as Eastern Washington grabbed a 14-7 lead early in the second quarter.

He later connected on TD passes of 11 yards to Jones and 31 yards to Greg Herd as the Eagles opened a 28-7 halftime lead.
