Does Nebraska have the best DL in the West?

The Nebraska Cornhuskers have built a nice tradition of producing quality defensive lineman over the years. This year should be no different despite the loss of Randy Gregory to the NFL.

Just how good is the 2015 defensive line though? Well according to the Big Ten Network, it is the finest line in the Big Ten West:

"Yes, star end Randy Gregory turned pro early. Still, the Cornhuskers have one of the best tackle tandems in the nation in Vincent Valentine and Maliek Collins, who paced the team in TFLs in 2014. These are big men with speed who can collapse the pocket and stuff the run. Reserves Kevin Williams and Kevin Maurice are capable. Who will bring the heat with Gregory gone? Line coach Hank Hughes needs to find his man. End Greg McMullen is back, but he’s more of a run-stuffer. Ditto ex-walk-on Jack Gangwish. Keep an eye on Freedom Akinmoladun."

The Huskers will need to develop a pass rusher on the outside but that tackle duo alone will have fans very excited for whats to come in 2015.
