Did a fan spread ashes at foot of Tim Tebow's Florida statue?

Most Florida fans are fond of former quarterback Tim Tebow, who is now an analyst for the SEC Network. But if we’re to believe what ESPN’s Andrea Adelson is implying in the tweet below, one Gators fan loved him a bit more than the rest.
Adelson took a photo of Tebow’s statue at Florida, which now apparently has ashes spread beneath it.
Adelson claims to have witnessed someone spread them this afternoon.

This wouldn’t be the first time we’ve seen human remains spread at or near a college football stadium.
