(STATS) - Eastern Kentucky's Ohio Valley Conference home matchup against Tennessee Tech scheduled for Thursday night has been moved to nearby Georgetown College due to a security threat on EKU's campus.

University president Michael Benson announced the closing of all Eastern Kentucky campuses for Thursday and Friday so law enforcement can conduct a thorough investigation after it was reported that some graffiti with the threatening words "kill all" was discovered in a bathroom within the student center earlier this week.

"Our primary goals in assessing this situation are limiting any safety risks and avoiding disruption to learning and teaching," Benson said Wednesday in an e-mail. "While we are confident the responding team of law enforcement agencies has kept a watchful eye over our community and is diligently investigating the threat, it has become clear this incident continues to be unsettling to a number of our students, faculty and staff."

Georgetown is located approximately 40 miles from Eastern's campus in Richmond, Ky.
