If there’s one thing the world now knows about Wisconsin’s Bobbie Kelsey, it’s that she can deliver a heck of a motivational speech.

After a loss to Nebraska on Wednesday night, the fifth-year Badgers coach drove home a message about what greatness -- specifically great shooting -- takes.

Bottom line: It’s not rocket science.

“You’ve got to get your butt in the gym," Kelsey said. "Steph Curry show you that. I saw him in high school. He looked like a 2-year-old out there, but the boy could shoot. And so what’d he do? He kept shooting. So if people think they gonna get it on the pillowcase, it’s not going to happen. You can’t nap your way to being a great shooter and Facebooking and all these things that teenagers do. You need to put the phones down, stop Facetiming, stop tweeting, and get your butt in the gym.”

Kelsey then goes on to deliver a strong message to the women’s basketball world. Listen to the full clip from 1011now.com in the video player above and tell me you don’t want to run through a wall for Coach Kelsey?

Now, please excuse me: I’m off to climb a mountain.
