Chattanooga rocks Georgia State with a 42-14 win

Jacob Huesman rushed for two touchdowns and threw for two more to spark Chattanooga to a 42-14 victory over Georgia State Saturday.

Huesman was 9 for 13 for 84 yards passing, and 84 yards rushing as the Mocs built a 35-0 lead by the third quarter.

The Mocs 401 yards and four touchdowns rushing overwhelmed Georgia State, which netted just 30 yards on the ground. Keon Williams led Chattanooga's rushing with 147 yards.

Ben McLane came off the bench for Georgia State (0-2) and threw two consecutive fourth-quarter touchdown passes in an attempt to climb back from a 42-point deficit. McLane was 7 for 12 for 164 yards. Both touchdown passes were caught by Albert Wilson, who finished the game with seven catches and 132 yards receiving.

Georgia State threw for 273 yards while Chattanooga passed for 108 yards.
