CB Jayvaughn Myers, brother of five-star WR, commits to Florida

The Florida Gators have picked up their 19th commitment of their 2016 class with the pledge of defensive back prospect Jayvaughn Meyers Tuesday.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Meyers is listed as a three-star prospect by 247Sports and currently holds offers from Auburn, Florida State, Miami, Michigan and Oklahoma among many others.
Perhaps the most intriguing aspect of Meyers' commitment for Gator fans is the position the team may have put themselves in with his brother, Nate Craig-Meyers, currently ranked the No. 1 rated receiver prospect in the nation.
Craig-Meyers had been committed to Auburn, but he decommitted this spring and is thought to now be concentrating on Florida State, Ohio State and Florida. Surely having a brother on the Gators roster couldn't hurt their chances of landing Craig-Meyers.
For now, Florida continues their torrid pace on the recruiting trail with Jim McElwain's remake of the roster currently at full speed ahead. If the Gators have a winning season, expect Florida to have one of the best recruiting class in the nation this season under their first year coach.
After a long process with my mom I'm very blessed to say that I have committed to the University of Florida???? pic.twitter.com/MAITsWFzNX
