Mark Rodgers rushed for 94 yards, and his 2-yard touchdown run with 10:57 remaining gave Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo a 22-21 victory against North Dakota on Saturday night.

Rodgers had a 49-yard TD run in the first half as the Mustangs (5-3, 1-1 Great West) built a 13-0 lead, but North Dakota (2-5, 0-3) responded with three consecutive scores, including a 25-yard touchdown pass by running back Josh Murray, who later added a 5-yard scoring run.

Cal Poly's Jake West kicked a field goal to cut the margin to 21-16 at the end of the third quarter.

Greg Hardin had six receptions for 136 yards and two touchdowns for the Fighting Sioux.

Zeb Miller missed a 41-yard field-goal attempt for North Dakota with 3:09 remaining.
