Two McNeese State defenders ran back interceptions for touchdowns in upending Lamar 45-17 on Saturday night.

Malcolm Bronson returned a pickoff 44 yards for a 24-10 lead early in the third quarter, and Janzen Jackson ran one back 84 yards in the waning seconds.

Andre Anderson rushed for two touchdowns as the Cowboys (6-5, 4-3 Southland) finished on a three-game winning streak and notched their seventh consecutive winning season.
