Isidore Jackson rushed for 111 yards and a late touchdown to lead Bethune-Cookman over Morgan State 24-13 Saturday in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference game play.

The Wildcats won their fifth consecutive game and stayed perfect in MEAC play at 5-0, 7-2 overall. They did so primarily behind a rushing attack that produced 259 yards while Morgan State (3-6, 2-4) managed just 76 yards on the ground.

Travis Davidson's 4-yard scoring run gave the Bears an early 7-0 lead. Sven Hurd's field goal got Bethune-Cookman on the board, and Quentin Williams' 5-yard touchdown pass to Eddie Poole put the Wildcats up 10-7. The first of two field goals by Earvin Gonzalez tied it 10-all at halftime, but Brodrick Waters' 6-yard touchdown run put Bethune-Cookman ahead to stay, 17-10.

A Gonzalez 38-yard field goal to open the fourth quarter tightened it, but Jackson scored with 1:40 left to clinch it.
