Alabama lands 5-star former LSU recruit
Rival coaches come and go, but the No. 1 ranked Tide just keeps on rolling.
The defending national champs landed a big commitment Sunday when five-star LB/RB Dylan Moses, a former LSU commit, announced he's committing to Alabama and shutting down his recruitment.
The 6-2, 220-pound Baton Rouge native, who plays at Florida's IMG Academy, initially committed to LSU in September of 2013 but decommited two years later. He is the fourth five-star prospect (according to 247Sports) committed to the Tide in the Class of 2017, following RB Najee Harris, QB Tua Tagovailoa and OT Alex Leatherwood.
LSU's football program is in transition since the Tigers fired long-time head coach Les Miles last week. He has been replaced by Ed Orgeron who won his first game as the Tigers interim Saturday in a rout of Mizzou.
