Krzysztof Wlodarczyk (46-2-1, 33 KOs) made the third defense of his WBC cruiserweight title by stopping Australia’s Danny Green (31-5, 27 KOs) in the 11th round of their scheduled 12-round contest Wednesday in Mt. Claremont, Australia.
On the undercard, Chris John (46-0-2, 22 KOs) made the 15th defense of his WBA featherweight title by taking a unanimous decision over the Ukraine’s Stanyslav Merdov (32-8, 24 KOs) by scores of 115-112, 115-112 and 116-111.
Also, Daud Yordan (28-2, 22 KOs) stopped Frankie Archuleta (27-9-1, 14 KOs) in the fourth round of their scheduled 10.
