Two-time Olympian Rau'Shee Warren, national champion Errol Spence, and former national champions Louie Byrd and Michael Hunter were among the fighters at the US Olympic boxing trials on Saturday.

Pairings were set for Sunday's first-round bouts at the Mobile Civic Center, with unseeded fighters drawing pingpong balls to determine matchups against the top four seeds in nine of the 10 weight classes. The light heavyweight division didn't have a No. 1 seed because Jesse Hart elected to fight unseeded as a middleweight.

The winners will represent the United States at the world championships in Baku, Azerbaijan, from Sept. 22 to Oct. 10. The top 10 boxers in each weight class at worlds will qualify for the London Olympics.

There are day and night sessions Sunday and Monday, and a night session Tuesday through Friday.
