Despite last August’s embarrassing one-round submission loss to Randy Couture, former three-division world boxing champ James Toney, 42, is apparently ready to step into the MMA world again, this time against another legendary mixed martial arts figure, 47-year-old Ken Shamrock.
According to Boxingscene.com, Toney-Shamrock is set for an October date with the publicity tour kicking off this weekend.
