The Florida property of boxing promoter Don King was back on the market Sunday, with The Wall Street Journal reporting the oceanfront property in Manalapan, Fla., south of Palm Beach, was listed for $20 million.

The gated estate, which is spread over more than three-acres (1.2ha), contains two homes and was originally offered in early 2009 for $27.5M, however King took it off the market last summer.

King, 79, paid $14.3 million in 1999 for the spread. "I need to downsize," King told the WSJ in 2009 when it was first listed, noting that it was becoming less convenient for him to walk from one house to another. "I'm going to move to wherever I can find a nice little cozy, $10-to-$5-million house."

The larger of the two homes has nine bedrooms and nearly 18,000 square feet (1,672sqm) of living space. It is built around a coquina stone courtyard with waterfalls and ponds.

The smaller five-bedroom home has about 6,800 square feet (631sqm), an outdoor cabana with a kitchen and an ice-cream parlor. There are two swimming pools and a replica of the Statue of Liberty in the yard. The property includes 300 feet (91m) of ocean and Intracoastal Waterway frontage.
