The wrestling legend Vader recently took to Twitter to address concerned fans about his heart condition.

Almost a month ago, we had noted that Big Van Vader (real name Leon Allen White) was suffering from congestive heart failure. This came after the wrestling legend posted several tweets informing the fans of his condition. He would let the fans know that all those years of wrestling and football has taken a toll on his heart.

Vader would go on to add that he had consulted two doctors with regard to this. Everyone had the same opinion according to him. He also added that he had merely two years left before his heart could potentially give up on him. However, there is a ray of hope for the wrestling legend as he posted two tweets yesterday.

Outside of professional wrestling, the 61-year-old was a one-time member of the Los Angeles Rams during the 1978 NFL draft. He would go on to pursue a legendary career in pro-wrestling. Vader’s career would span across WWE, WCW, TNA and All Japan ProWrestling. It is certainly good news for concerned fans.

The big man might not return to the ring, however. As far as the WWE goes, Vader was last seen at the Hall of Fame ceremony in April 2016. He would induct his long time friend and rival Stan Hansen at the ceremony. Vader has held three heavyweight titles according to WWE.

Here is hoping that he makes a full recovery and is also inducted to the Hall Of Fame this year. We wish him a speedy recovery.
