On Monday, the latest episode of WWE Raw will take place from the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN. This is the last edition of the show before Sunday’s WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, which is Raw’s second exclusive event.
The build for Hell in a Cell has been centered around three Hell in a Cell matches. All of them are for singles titles and have been important feuds for the past 2-3 months. However, it’s unknown which of these will main event the show.
Roman Reigns and Rusev will battle for the WWE United States Championship in the first of them. This program has gone on since the beginning of August, and carried through the next few months. This originally saw The Bulgarian Brute hold the belt, but Reigns won it from him at Clash of Champions in September.
These two will face off one last time at Hell in a Cell, but first have to see each other on Raw. Will things break down?
The second Hell in a Cell match is Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship. This feud hasn’t lasted as long as Reigns-Rusev, but it has been for the top title of the Raw brand. It started when Triple H helped Owens win the Universal title on the August 29 episode of the Flagship Show, which also saw him turn on Rollins. This led to Owens and Rollins breaking off into a feud.
So, for the second time, they’ll go head to head for this title. Who will stand tall on Raw, though?
The third Hell in a Cell match will see Sasha Banks defend the Raw Women’s Championship against Charlotte. This feud has lasted since January, but with a brief break in between. The title has been traded between these two three times. However, Sunday could be the last time they face each other for a while. However, who will come out of Raw with momentum?
