This Kurt Angle-Cody Rhodes match will make you wish both were still in WWE

Two former WWE stars - six-time World Champion Kurt Angle and two-time Intercontinetal Champion Cody Rhodes - met inside the squared circle for the second time this year at WhatCulture Pro Wrestling's True Legacy, which WCPW uploaded to YouTube. Rhodes won the first match, which occurred shortly after he was released by WWE earlier this year. Note: This match begins at around the 7:45 mark in the video.

Rhodes seems to be truly enjoying himself on the independent scene, freed from the Stardust character that had lost all steam in WWE, while Angle is still in phenomenal shape. Angle has hinted that a WWE comeback could be in the cards for 2017, and fans would love nothing more than to hear his music hit at the Royal Rumble.

Angle and his wife just welcomed a newborn baby girl.
