At Monday’s WWE SmackDown live event in West Virginia, John Cena broke out a classic song for the fans.

John Cena has proven he’s a man of many talents. He moonlights as a wrestler for WWE, but has been involved in plenty of media ventures this past calendar year. This started with movie roles in the summer of 2015, including a supporting role in the movie “Trainwreck”. FOX also cast him as the host of the reality show “American Grit”. Cena will lead the show for a second season when filming begins this fall.

However, at Monday’s WWE SmackDown live event, The Face That Runs the Place proved he could add to his repertoire.

At the conclusion of this show in Wheeling, WV, Cena and Dean Ambrose would remain in the ring. The Lunatic Fringe got on the microphone, prepped the crowd for a moment, and gave it to Cena, who began singing the late John Denver’s song, “Take me home, country roads”. This classic hit has become almost like an anthem for West Virginia.

Here’s the Leader of the Cenation’s rendition of the piece.

The man’s got talent, right?

Cena and Ambrose were able to put their angst aside for one night, before getting into it with each other on SmackDown. This came after AJ Styles successfully retained the WWE World Championship in the show’s main event.

Cena, Styles, and Ambrose will all contest for the belt at the WWE No Mercy pay-per-view on Sunday, October 9. The 39-year-old is looking for his sixteenth world title, which would tie Ric Flair for the most ever in WWE. We even looked at why he should do this on Wednesday.

We’ll see what John Cena has in store next for the WWE Universe.
